Solo holidays with no single supplement

Prices are shown in UK Sterling, per person on a half board basis.
The price includes single room occupancy accommodation in double or twin room, seven breakfasts, six dinners (four course with wine and coffee) and free Chania airport transfers on Tuesdays. There is no dinner on a Sunday giving you the chance to try a taverna either locally or in Chania.

Prices do not include flights and travel insurance. Non-Tuesday and unsociable arrival/departure times at Chania airport will incur a small charge for transfer.  Heraklion airport transfers will incur an extra charge.

Discounts: All repeat guests receive a 5% loyalty discount on the cost of accommodation.

"Recommend a Friend" discount

Our loyalty scheme gives you an extra 5% discount on the cost of your next holiday accommodation if you recommend a friend who has never been to the Mistral and we receive a firm booking.  It's a great way to introduce your friends to the Mistral experience and for you to save money. 

Terms and conditions apply: friend does not have to travel with you but must during 2012 season;discount can be passed on to friend;does not apply for twin shared rooms or activitiy week supplements. 

Early bookings will receive better room allocation.

Shared rooms: two friends sharing a room will both receive a 15% reduction on the price quoted.
(This discount cannot be combined).

Payments

Payments are in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US$ and can be made either by cheque, cash or credit/debit card.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please note there is 2% surcharge for all Credit card payments.

All credit card payments are made in Euros and there may be a considerable difference between the amount charged by us in Euros and the final amount you see on your bank statement. We strongly recommend payment by cheque where possible as this avoids bank charges and variations in exchange rates.

Financial Security

We are based in Crete and can only offer you indirect money security. However, we are a well established company subject to EU and Greek law and we have been operating with a good reputation for 15 years.

When you make a booking with us and we receive payment from you, we will email or post you an official receipt together with your booking details and the terms and conditions that govern your contract with us.

By making your payment with a credit or debit card, you automatically receive money security through your credit card company.
