The Mistral Hotel Team
The Mistral Hotel is owned by the Gialamarakis family and is run by the two brothers Adonis and Vassilis.
The staff at the Mistral are the Hotel's most important asset and we are pleased to present them.

Vassilis studied Horticulture at Strathclyde University (Scottish Hotel School) and is an MSc. graduate in the International Hospitality Industry. He is also a member of the Slow Food Movement and the Wine Club of Chania.

Adonis is a true Cretan and the character behind the Mistral Hotel nightlife! He is also responsible for maintenance and is affectionately known as "the man who fixes things"!
Vassilis and Adonis's parents, Manolis and Katerina, started the business but are now retired and happy to relax and enjoy everyday life at the Mistral.
Your hosts Donna and Asen, are here to make sure we deliver the best possible service to you.
Asen works behind the bar (watch out for the Bulgarian shooters!) and will serve dinner in the evenings.
Our chef Vicky, supplies the Mistral Hotel with fresh goats cheese made from her own goats milk.
