Hi Donna and everyone
I am safely back in England after my fantastic holidayat The Mistral. Please pass on my thanks to everyone for giving me a very special and happy week. I can honestly say I enjoyed every single minute of it!
I am so impressed by the efforts of all staff to make the holiday so enjoyable. All the attention to detail and everyone's friendliness made it even more special.
I have never eaten so much wonderful food or received such a high level of hospitaility. I am looking forward to retiring so that I can holiday at the Mistral other than school holiday times!

How lovely to hear from you both so soon - I had the best time at Mistral and will certainly be back soon! It's really cold here which was a bit of a shock to the system but at least the bluebells are still around and the trees are all in new leaf!

I arrived home safely from a wonderful relaxing time at the Mistral.
I enjoyed myself more this time than before - the hotel had improved with all the "extra touches" and you have a very good team of people Vassilis - I felt at home from the first day.
And the food was excellent.
The painting was a good addition to the holiday - in the back of my mine it will be two weeks, with painting and Tia Chi next year.

I met Jane on that holiday and although we only became friends while in Crete - we have been together ever since!   Jane and I are now living together and have been for about a year. So we have very fond memories of our holiday! This is a bit late but thanks so much for a fantastic holiday. What can I say? Wall to wall sunshine, waited on hand and foot, gorgeous food, well supplied with alcohol, the best kind of company and really memorable trips and that's before I mention the drunken Greek night antics (don't ever touch Asen's red cocktails) and the inflatable crocodile.
 
Joking aside, I had a brilliant time and am counting down the months until next year. Single or not you can count me in. Now back to the rain and the work!

Dear Vassilis,

Forgive me for taking so long to e-mail you, life has a habit of happening very quickly on return home! I don't think I have to tell you what a wonderful time I had at the Mistral, I think it was self-evident! Although I was nervous initially, once at the bar on the first night it was the beginning of a truly wonderful time. The 'Mistral Babes' were amazing and I've never laughed so much in years; the second week was different and I missed my friends but still very enjoyable. But it's all down to you and your wonderful hotel, you enabled us to meet and gave us a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy ourselves in! Wonderful country, lovely hotel, marvellous hosts and staff, delicious food - what more can I say, all we had to do was arrive and be sociable! Thank you! I hope you are all well and your guests are being kind. We are all still in touch but all suffering from Mistral withdrawal and the inability to tell our friends here just how wonderful it was, although the photos do give a good impression of the amount of laughing that went on! I believe each one of us has benefitted from the Mistral experience and we will be back!! Thank you for the most amazing holiday and for all your kindness - the brooch is very beautiful and I treasure it. Give my love to Adonis,Sarah, Assen and Andreas.

I would like to come for a week as early as possible in the season but avoiding the Easter holiday time and I would also like to come as early as possible but a week when the temperature has picked up and there is nice hot sunshine so that I can relax and enjoy the hot weather!!

Dear Vasilis,

Just a little note to say thank you so much to everyone at the Mistral for giving me the most amazing holiday and memories that will last a life time. From start to finish everything was just perfect! My room was beautiful and I loved the fact that the maids made little bows out of my towels and nightie! The bathroom looked beautiful and the shower was great, very powerful!
The pools and the bar were lovely and all the flowers were soo pretty.
As for your staff, they couldnt be more helpful, special commendations go to Sarah for who nothing was too much trouble, Valentina, who is so lovely and always smiling! Andreas, PV and Jimmy who never seemed to run out of energy and were the entertainment of the evening but still managed to be so very professional with it and to you yourself, I really appreciated your seeing us in through the check in and always making me feel safe. So here is a super big thank you to all of your lovely family and staff for making this one of the best holidays Ive ever had. I have recommended to you to so many people I have lost count and like Arnie says 'Ill be back!!

It was afantastic holiday, great hotel, (especially the courtyard and pool at the back which became my own little world for a while)Wonderful food and you have put together a good team of staff around you.

I was able to relax and take things easy the first week as i had hoped to and visit places the second week. And along with this i have made some good friends that will keep in touch and have already seen one of these people seen since coming home and have arranged to see others.

I can safely say you will see me again and i'm sure i will not be the only one from the "gang" from the last couple of weeks.

It's been a while since I took my holiday ( May 22 - 29) and I've been meaning to contact you to let you know what a great time I had. I was rather apprehensive but had been assured by my friend Melanie that I would love it and she was right. I haven't taken many trips on my own but I have to say that this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays I have ever had ( including those with my husband!). You were all so welcoming and friendly and I met some really nice people staying in the hotel. Even though I think I went onan excursioneveryday I felt totally refreshed and was particularly glad I did the walk in the Samarian Gorge which was breathtaking.

My room exceeded my expectations and the food was delicious and plenty of it ( and wine!). I have recommended you to many friends who sometimes find themselves on their own and if I am in similar circumstances next year I will definitely be back (same room please). I also felt safe and secure throughout my stay and as if was staying with friends rather than in a hotel.

Hope your season is continuing well ( the weather in the UK is dismal) and best wishes to all the staff and family.

Hello to everybody at the Mistral!!

This is just a quick email to say thank you for a wonderful holiday, The Hotel, Staff & Food was out of this world. And the people I met mainly on the first week I will never forget & have definately made friends for life....for which I have to thank you all for.

Thank you to Vassilis & his family for their wonderful hospitality. Also to Sarah who was always smiling...even when I kept breaking my door!!

To Andrea & Asen for keeping me laughing (and drunk) in the evenings....Please ask Asen to send some of his energy my way as I now need another week off to recover from his cocktails!!

I miss theCountry already and especially as it is now pouring of rain in England & have to return to work tomorrow.

I had a lovely holiday. Thank you to you and your staff, especially as you were all so caring whilst I was feeling unwell. I have now been to my own dentist and have been referred to my local dental hospital. The antibiotics only starting working yesterday, but I have been prescribed some more, but I am now off the pain killers.

I will definately come back to the Mistral one day. Please give my best wishes to Sarah and the bar staff. I must also say that I thought the food was wonderful and it was a real shame I found it difficult to eat in the last few days. I also especially enjoyed the trip to the fish restaurant and I the other guests were all very good company.

I have been meaning to send an email to you thanking you for a fantastic holiday, but as you can imagine work has been very busy due to the backlog I have had to clear up, that is always the downside to going away on holiday.

Hello Vassillis,

Have been frantic since i got back going up to Manchester to pick up my
daughter from Uni - how much junk can a 20 year old cram into a car?! So
this is my first opportunity to say a huge thank you to you and your
wonderful family and staff. I was a bit cowardly and came for the first time
with a friend - but next time I will be more than happy to holiday on my own
- knowing that i will be leaving your hotel having made a number of new
friends and having had a fantastic time.

Watching the way you all treated the ones who had come on their own for the
first time, and were nervous and shy - and by the end of the week they were
all so sad because they had to go home! The Mistral is a truly unique and
special place.

I have already been reccommending you to various friends - so hopefully
you'll be able to fit them in when they have the odd week to spare.
