The Mistral Hotel is particularly proud of the contemporary Cretan styling of our rooms. Furnishings, bathroom fittings, tiles and locally produced artwork have all been carefully selected to create the perfect ambience for your holiday. Every bed has an award winning COCO MAT Orthosomatic Top Mattress and luxury feather pillows.
Deluxe rooms are larger than Standard ensuring that your holiday is even more enjoyable. All Deluxe rooms have the Mistral Hotel style with most having a separate bath and shower area for that added touch of luxury.
The Deluxe rooms do vary in style and size. Some are located at the front of the hotel and have a direct sea view. Others are in the rear building and have either side facing sea view, garden or mountain views.
The majority of rooms are accessed by stairs (there is no elevator) however, we do have several ground floor rooms for anyone with mobility problems. Any preference or special requests can be taken at the time of booking and will be accommodated where possible.
Standard rooms are both comfortable and stylishly furnished and are fitted with either a shower cubicle or shower over bath.
All rooms are supplied and restocked with olive oil based Olivia toiletries. Produced in Greece, your complimentary set includes bath & shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and liquid soap.
WiFi is available throughout the hotel free of charge. Other services available from reception are additional pool/beach towels, car/bicycle hire, booking excursions and spa treatments.
The bar area is the heart of the Mistral Hotel and popular with guests and locals throughout the day. After dinner, our bar staff will liven the atmosphere with your choice of music.
The restaurant opens at lunchtime and serves a wide variety of dishes including traditional, local specialities and snacks. All food is freshly prepared using vegetables, eggs and chickens from our own vegetable garden.
The Mistral Hotel restaurant and bar are open to the public but the swimming pools are restricted to Mistral guests only.
Prices are per person on a half board basis. The price includes single room occupancy accommodation in double or twin room, air conditioning, safety deposit box, seven breakfasts, six dinners (five course with wine and coffee) and free
Chania airport transfers on Tuesdays (NOT unsociable hours). There is no dinner on a Sunday giving you the chance to try a taverna either locally or in Chania.
Prices do not include flights and travel insurance. Non-Tuesday and unsociable arrival/departure times at Chania airport will incur a small charge for transfer. Heraklion airport transfers will incur an extra charge any day of the week.
The Greek Ministry of Tourism has introduced a nominal Overnight Stay Tax of 0.50€ per night and this will be collected in Euros cash locally.
We are pleased to offer a discount of 5% to all our repeat guests and a discount of 10% for accommodation of 14 nights or more. Discounts cannot be combined.
