Important information from the Greek Ministry of Tourism
After some years of deliberation, the Greek Ministry of Tourism has recently introduced a nominal nightly fee, known as the Overnight Stay Tax.
This new tax has been introduced very quickly and we have only recently been given clarification of the charging structure. For the classification of the Mistral Hotel, the tax is 0.50€ per guest per night and must be collected in Euros
cash locally. We hope you will understand that matters are beyond our control.
We do not benefit from the Overnight Stay Tax, though we hope the funds raised will be used to continue to protect and improve the landscapes and services that make Greece such a rewarding place to visit.
We are pleased to offer a discount of 15% for accommodation of 14 nights or more.
