Exclusive trip on the south coast of Crete, with scenic views over the Lybian Sea, boat trip to Sweetwater bay and the iconic village of Loutro, a typical Greek fishing village with white washed houses and blue shuttered windows and an array of shops, cafes and tavernas on the waterfront.

Loutro is accessible only by boat or by foot, therefore no mopeds, cars or trucks disturb the peaceful atmosphere of this small, stunningly beautiful bay where it really feels like time stood still for 100 years. The village got its name from the Greek word for “bath,” for the many ancient baths found in the area. Loutro is the site of the ancient city of Phoenix (Finikas), which was the port town of ancient Anopolis, and an important harbour in Hellenistic and Roman times.
