OUR POLICY AND PROVISION FOR VEGETARIANS, VEGANS AND FOOD ALLERGIES
We make every effort to cater for those with medical food allergies.
Breakfast is served buffet style with a wide choice of options and we let you self-manage your dietary requirements.
Similarly, should you take lunch at the hotel, we offer an a la carte menu and, if in doubt, can advise on dishes you might need to avoid.
Every evening we serve a 5 course ‘Chef’s Table D’Hote’ dinner. We post the menu for dinner early afternoon as Chef decides in the morning what he will cook from what’s fresh that day. This allows time for those with food allergies to request substitutions.

FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS
Dinner is heavily vegetarian focussed which we find suits nearly everybody. However main courses will generally include either meat or fish which, for vegetarians and vegans will be replaced with a suitable dish. Please let us know upon booking or as soon as possible if you require a vegetarian or vegan diet.

FOR COELIACS
Where menu items contain gluten we will provide a substitute dish. Please notify us at time of booking so we can brief the kitchen accordingly as this can require the breakfast buffet to be modified.

SHELLFISH AND FISH ALLERGIES
We tend to put fish on the menu once a week and prepare a substitute dish for those with fish or shellfish allergies. Please notify us at time of booking.
PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, EGGS, ETC.
If you have an allergy to any specific items that may be included as ingredients please notify us at time of booking so we can prepare a dish with these ingredients removed.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT
Our waiting staff are trained in potential allergic ingredients and, for the avoidance of doubt, please ask if you think there may be a risk that you will have an allergic response.
