A CHOICE OF THREE TYPES OF ROOM

All of our rooms are furnished and appointed to a high standard and have been refurbished over the past two winters. All are airconditioned and have a safe and a mini-fridge. Most have walk-in showers and separate bath tub and a few have shower over bath. Whilst they are for single occupancy only, they all have double beds. As such, subject to availability, whichever room you choose it will be very comfortable. However we classify them into three categories depending on the view from the balcony, and price them slightly differently.

Full Seaview Rooms – these are at the front of the hotel overlooking the front pool and bar area and offer a full view of the sea even from within the room. Bear in mind that as they do overlook the bar and pool they tend to be noisier than the rooms in the courtyard. Most of these rooms have had a ‘make-over’ and been refurbished during winter 2025-26.

Lateral Seaview Rooms – arranged along the sides of our rear courtyard, these rooms have partial views over the sea from their balconies. The amount of sea visible from the balcony may vary and we allocate these rooms on a ‘best available view’ first come, first served basis.

Garden View Rooms – these are rooms at the back of the courtyard with no sea views. Although they are equally well appointed and spacious.

ALL ROOMS CAN BE SPECIFICALLY RESERVED BY ROOM NUMBER

Take a look at the 360 PANORAMA walk-in room  views at the bottom of this page and you’ll see that our 38 well-appointed bedrooms would easily be comfortable for two people and offer full creature comforts. However, despite their understated luxury, they are all exclusively dedicated to solo travellers. Subject to availability each room can be specifically booked by room number.

CLUB MISTRAL DISCOUNT

Members of Club Mistral are entitled to a 5% discount on room rates for a 7-night stay and a 10% discount for a 14-night stay.

Rooms feature contemporary Cretan styling. Furnishings, bathroom fittings, tiles and locally produced works of art have been carefully selected to create the perfect ambience for your holiday. Every bed has an award-winning COCO MAT Orthosomatic Top Mattress and luxury feather pillows. All rooms are finished to the same high standard of comfort and are air-conditioned. Amenities include free wi-fi, safe box, fridge, tea and coffee- making facilities, salon style hair dryer, toiletries, magnifying mirror, iron and ironing board. Balconies are equipped with table and chairs. Solo travellers will find everything they need.

Seaview Rooms are fitted with either a shower cubicle or shower over a bath. All Lateral Seaview rooms have a separate bath and a walk-in shower. If you need a walk-in shower please let us know when booking.

ACCESSIBLE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS FOR THOSE THAT NEED THEM

The Mistral has three floors and the majority of rooms are accessed by stairs (there is no lift).  However, we do have several ground floor rooms ideal for single holidaymakers with mobility problems. Any preferences or special requests can be taken at the time of booking and will be accommodated where possible.
